Stephania Ochs

Stephania Ochs is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, and entrepreneur who has been inspiring others to live stronger, healthier lives since 2013. After graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management, she pursued her passion for fitness and went on to collect a wide range of certifications—from Zumba and yoga to BOSU, Insanity, and pregnancy and postpartum coaching. Over the last 12 years, she has trained countless clients, blending science-backed strength training with approachable lifestyle coaching to help people build muscle, boost confidence, and create sustainable wellness habits.

1:1 Sessions

 

Whether you’re new to strength training or refining an advanced practice, Stephania offers private 1:1 sessions tailored to your goals, movement patterns & lifestyle. Each session is crafted to build long-term strength, enhance athleticism & create a body that feels as good as it performs.

Group Strength Classes

For clients who thrive in community, we also offer weekly group strength classes—a motivating, high-energy setting that keeps you consistent, challenged & connected. You’ll train alongside a dedicated group, all supported with coaching that ensures proper form, progression & accountability.
